Collection and use of personal data
The chief processor of personal data of the online store arte.ee is Scanimpex OÜ (registry code 10982613) located at Vana-Aaviku tee 11, 75305 Rae parish, Estonia, tel. +372 53 09 5577 and e-mail [email protected]. Arte.ee collects personal data to provide the service through the e-store in order to ensure the delivery of orders and the fulfillment of obligations to the customer. We collect the following personal data: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, information on purchases made by the customer and contracts concluded with the customer, in the case of a company, also the VAT number. Arte.ee will forward direct marketing, campaign and discount offers to customers only if the customer has given explicit consent. The customer has the right to withdraw this consent at any time. Only employees appointed by arte.ee have access to the collected personal data database.
Transfer of personal data
Personal data is passed on to the online store's customer support to manage purchases and purchase history and to solve customer problems. The name, telephone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. In the case of goods delivered by courier, in addition to the contact details, the customer's address will also be provided. If the online store is accounted for by the service provider, the personal data will be transferred to the service provider for accounting operations, if necessary. Retention of personal data
In the event of a dispute concerning payments and consumer disputes, personal data shall be kept until the claim is met or the limitation period expires. The personal data required for accounting purposes is kept for seven years.
